Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 5–7 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM ET are processed the same day. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is coming soon! Join our email list to be notified when your country is available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at support@houseofmaryland.skin.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my product arrived damaged?
Contact us at support@houseofmaryland.skin with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by House of Maryland for defective or damaged items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What order should I apply the products?
(1) Awaken Facial Cleanser, (2) Purify Body Cleanser, (3) Renew Polishing Scrub, (4) Balance Body Lotion, (5) Nurture Body Oil, (6) Illuminate Face Cream.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are botanically derived and free from harsh sulfates and synthetic fragrances. We recommend a patch test before full use.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. House of Maryland is proudly cruelty-free. We never test on animals.
Can I use individual products without the full ritual?
Absolutely. Each product is effective on its own, but the full ritual delivers compounding results when used together consistently.
How long until I see results?
Most customers notice softer skin within the first week. For full results, we recommend consistent use for 4–6 weeks.
